“Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari … manusi dan sampah tidak dapat dipisahkan. Manusia-lah yang menyebabkan adanya sampah….dengan berbagai kepentingannya, mulai dari urusan rumah tangga, kantor, pasar, maupun industri. Irigasinya, kebanyakan kita tidak mengetahui bahkan tidak peduli terhadap apa yang telah kita sumbangkan pada lingkungan sekitar. Akhirnya, sampah tersebut benar-benar menjadi “sampah”, temasuk tempat sampah yang menjadi “sampah”, memang TPA lebih cocok sebagai “tempatPembuangan Akhir” daripada diinterprestasikan sebagai….. “Tempat Pengolahan Akhir”sampah”
